Psychic construction

This sculpture showcases the mental construction of the individual. A plethora of thin steel rods and bearings - which are reminiscent of man-made scaffolding - are forming a human silhouette. Metallic parts gilded by rust and molecular shapes are slowly aggregating around the silhouette to render a human identity. The mental construction of beings is complex and time-consuming : it is the result of the act of thought by oneself, towards oneself, for oneself.
